Zac Bryan’s ex Brianna Lapalia called the country singer ‘favorite f— you’ at a Sports Illustrated photo shoot.
Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia “You don’t ask anyone’s permission.”
The 25-year-old podcast host made her debut on the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimwear’s January digital issue, and when the social media influencer saw the photo go viral as a chance to move on from a difficult breakup with ex-boyfriend Zac Bryan, she wanted a little revenge.
“It’s just, on a micro level, my favorite f — you,” she told Sports Illustrated. In the interview“Brianna LaPaglia is not asking for anyone’s permission.”

She added: “This is me, and I wanted to do this, and now I’m on the digital cover.”
Lapalia has described the breakdown of her relationship with the country music star as emotionally abusive, saying Bryan’s team offered her $12 million to sign a non-disclosure agreement after they broke up.
The two started dating in 2011. It’s the summer of 2023 and they broke up last fall.
Lapalia spoke about her struggles in relationships, prompting women to reach out to her about their experiences with emotional abuse.

“During the hardest times of my life, it’s probably one of the most rewarding things that’s happened to me, being able to help people in a way that I feel is more meaningful than my old content.” Lapalia said. “I know it’s good to post silly stuff and have fun videos for people to watch, and it helps people get out of reality, but to come forward and give people a shoulder to cry on or a shoulder to cry on is out of this world.”
There are still people on social media who don’t believe her story about Bryan or accuse her of going public.
“Honestly, I wish I could spend one-on-one time with every one of my enemies,” she told SI. I say, ‘I just want you to see me for who I am, this is not a reflection on Tik Tok like a s— cycle, it’s being fed into an algorithm – that wouldn’t even be possible. At this point you should watch my positive video, because once you’re on the negative side, it just eats away at you.
She’s also a bit tired of Tik Tok herself and she doesn’t mind the impending US ban.
“I’m just like, ‘I’m like, pop a bottle of champagne! Let’s get rid of this horrible, hateful app,'” she joked.
She also said that she is done hanging out with A-list celebrities.

“My life was spent a year living with these famous people and doing all these extravagant things, and if anything, their lives seem much easier – than at my family’s house, where they are normal people. They are happy and alive.”

LaPaglia told the magazine that Bryan made her feel like she had to “blow myself up.”
“When I walk into a room, I want to talk to everyone,” she said. “When the relationship first started, that became a problem for him; I was talking too much or being too much, and maybe the focus wasn’t on him enough.”
Now that the relationship is over, she feels like her old self again.
Countryside star Zac Bryan issued a shocking warning ahead of the public announcement.
“I’m walking down the street, I’m at an intersection — I’m sparking a conversation,” she said. “I’m in the bodega talking to the bodega guy for 20 minutes too long. I finally talk to my hairdresser again, I’m just sitting in a chair. I’m getting that little spark of life. There’s always a cloud of doom over me because someone’s gone now inside me.
Last year, she was tipped to host the 60th anniversary red carpet event for Sport Illustrated Swimwear, but backed out at the last minute because Bryan told her she was “rubbish.”
“When I look quote-unquote hot in a swimsuit — it’s about reclaiming who I am as a woman, reclaiming my body and my decisions and choices,” she told the magazine. “This cover is me being me again and taking control of my life. This is my body, my body is not that experience, and even if I am not 100% now, this is me. This is not. They have nothing to do with anyone.”
