The news of Michelle Obama skipping Trump’s nomination comes after former first lady Melania Trump said she and her husband were not briefed by the Obama administration about her move into the White House in January 2017.
“The difference is, I know where I’m going. I know the rooms we live in. I know the procedures,” the former first lady told “Fox & Friends” co-host Ainsley Erhardt on Monday.
“The first time was a challenge, we didn’t have much information, the information was kept from us from the previous administration. But this time I have everything. I have plans. I could go in. I already booked. They already chose the furniture that had to go in. So this time for the second time. Time is a very different transition.”
