Ever since Gautam Gambhir tweeted about him, he forgot about Sanju Samson.
Sanju Samson is 10 times more white ball WK batsman than Rishabh Pant.Unfortunately, Sanju doesn’t have a PR team like Rishabh Pant. #Sanjusamson pic.twitter.com/Da5bFPVwEK

Despite Sanju Samson’s match winning score of 57 in the last ODI, he has dropped 3 100s from CT in the last 5 T20i’s but Pant has been consistently losing, another prime example of how PR can save you without performance.

Samson was in sensational form, but Pant did not deliver consistently. Samson’s exclusion is particularly controversial given his performance in white-ball cricket leading up to his selection.
Sanju Samson, who is playing in this ODI team without any performance, does not have the strong PR and Mumbai lobby backing like Rishabh Pant.
Sanju Samson deserves better 🙂💔
