Walmart, Apple, Amazon and other CEOs will attend Trump’s inauguration

A growing list of high-powered executives are heading to the nation’s capital for President Donald Trump’s inauguration. However, tech industry leaders make up most of the list, reflecting the sector’s growing influence on the political and economic landscape.

Over the past two months, a variety of business leaders — including those with a history with Trump, who has been temporarily banned from some social networks — have spoken at Mar-a-Lago. These meetings underscore his desire to work with the incoming administration before he is sworn in as America’s 47th president.

Walmart confirmed that to FOX Business CEO Doug McMillon – who met with President-elect Trump last week to discuss investment, trade and innovation in the US – will be at the meeting.

Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk — who donated millions of dollars to Trump’s presidential campaign — are poised to lead the fledgling. Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE)– Will be present.

Musk posted on X that he was “honored” to sit down with Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, and Amazon’s Jeff Bezos will sit on the same *stage* with cabinet picks and elected officials.

Mook spoke at official events with the incoming president. Musk, for example, made comments at a Trump campaign rally in Washington, D.C., on Sunday and in October Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Alongside Musk is tech entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy, who is leading efforts to cut government spending. He will also participate on Monday.

Tik Tok CEO Show Zee Chew, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Apple CEO Tim Cook, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos and Google CEO Sundar Pichai are said to be in attendance. OpenAI CEO Sam Altman and Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi are said to be in attendance.

After a long and challenging relationship, Zuckerberg has gone to great lengths to ingratiate himself with Trump by overturning progressive corporate policies.

Zuckerberg he recently told podcast host Joe Rogan. He said he has done so with “traditionally neutral” elements of corporate America and that the company will embrace “masculine power” in the future.

Like Zuckerberg, Bezos, the owner of The Washington Post, has clashed with Trump in the past, particularly over the newspaper’s coverage of Trump.

Steve Feinberg, head of Cerberus Capital Management and nominee for deputy secretary of defense, is said to be in attendance along with Chicago Cubs owner Todd Ricketts.

However, the company confirmed that Coca-Cola CEO James Quincy, who met with President-elect Donald Trump last week, will not be present due to other business commitments to present a commemorative bottle of Diet Coke. Airbnb CEO Brian Chessy was also absent.

Navia CEO Jensen Huang was also absent from the ceremony. The CEO told Reuters they were celebrating the Lunar New Year with employees and their families.
