Michel Brisset has more than 25 years of experience leading, operating and building global brands at L’Oréal (PAR: OR ) and Procter & Gamble (NYSE: PG ), where he has worked to launch and build iconic brands across multiple geographies. Most recently, Mr. Brossett founded Waldenkast, a holding company and investment vehicle, in 2019 and has been CEO since its inception. Waldenkast is partnering with next-generation beauty and wellness brands, partnering with founders from diverse backgrounds (56 percent female across three continents) and recruiting and attracting top beauty and wellness talent. In the year In 2022, Waldencast plc was publicly listed on the Nasdaq, with Milk Makeup and Obagi becoming part of the portfolio company led by Mr. Brossett.
