Tom Brady was ‘boasting’ on his GOAT title.
With all his accomplishments and in the NFL, Tom Brady is arguably the league’s GOAT. He is considered one of the greatest athletes in the world, alongside legends like Roger Federer, Sachin Tendulkar and Michael Jordan. However, despite his achievements and various awards, Brady does not hesitate to acknowledge the title.
During his 13-3 Super Bowl LIII victory over the LA Rams in February 2019, Brady revealed that he did not like being labeled with the title. In an exclusive interview with Good Morning America:
“I don’t even like it, it bothers me.”

Brady believes that the title can have a negative effect on his performance because he is driven by criticism rather than appreciation.
