Suspects cut through fence at California Army Reserve Center before stealing Humvees, weapons
Earlier this week, three Humvees and other military equipment were stolen from an Army Reserve Center in Tustin, California, according to police.
Unknown suspects entered a storage facility at the Army Reserve Center between 8 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Tustin police wrote in a press release.
Several storage lockers at the facility were found with removed locks and missing gear.
President Biden awarded the Medal of Honor to seven Army veterans.
The suspects unsuccessfully attempted to hack a uniform storage lock.
Police say the suspects cut through a fence to get to a military vehicle parking lot, where they stole three Humvees.
The suspects left the area at an unknown time, police said.
In total, the suspects stole one armored Humvee, two cloth door Humvees, eight machine gun vehicles, seven independent machine gun tripods, 40 pairs of binoculars, 18 bayonets and medical supplies.

The army told the police that it was not aware of any further loss of arms or ammunition.
