Delhi-based graphic designer Lucky Siddiqui has attracted widespread attention on social media after he shared his harrowing experience of not getting his salary for four consecutive months. His LinkedIn post, which has since gone viral, highlights the struggles many workers face when it comes to pay issues.

Siddiqui, who works for VMS Pvt Ltd, expressed his frustration and sought advice from the online community. “I don’t usually post about personal challenges, but I feel like this needs to be addressed, and I could use some advice,” he said in the post.

Despite discharging all responsibilities, Siddiqui reported that his attempts to resolve the payment issue through internal channels were met with silence. “I worked as a graphic designer with VMS Pvt Ltd, and despite living up to expectations, I didn’t receive my salary for four months. I tried several times to resolve this internally, but unfortunately the matter was not resolved,” he explained. .

He emphasized the importance of timely payment, “As a professional, we rely on timely payment to support ourselves and our families, especially after we have worked hard for a company, it is disappointing to face such a situation.”

In his post, Siddiqui included screenshots of his conversation with a supervisor, who was told not to call or be banned. He concluded the message by pleading for guidance on legal or professional steps he could take to resolve the matter, and hoped that others would not face similar problems.
