Delhi-based graphic designer Lucky Siddiqui has attracted widespread attention on social media after he shared his harrowing experience of not getting his salary for four consecutive months. Despite discharging all responsibilities, Siddiqui reported that his attempts to resolve the payment issue through internal channels were met with silence. “I worked as a graphic designer with VMS Pvt Ltd, and despite living up to expectations, I didn’t receive my salary for four months. I tried several times to resolve this internally, but unfortunately the matter was not resolved,” he explained. .
