Florida man robs elderly woman of $200 lottery prize: surveillance footage
Florida authorities are searching for a man who was caught on camera robbing an elderly woman in an attack at the front door of an Orlando convenience store on Wednesday.
Wednesday morning outside a store on Curry Ford Road near the intersection of S. Goldenrod Road, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office said.
In surveillance footage released by the sheriff’s office, the 83-year-old woman, whose name has not been released, was seen leaving the store and trying to get into her car with lottery tickets in hand.

At the same time, the suspect, who is believed to be Diego Stalin Tavarez Fleury, starts walking towards the woman from behind her on the sidewalk. He approaches her and tries to take the winnings from her, and then a verbal altercation ensues.
Someone else came out of the store and told Fleury to leave.
Fleury goes after the woman and tries to take the money, while the other man tries to pull it away from the victim. Fleury pulls the woman over in the parking lot, holds her winnings, and eventually steals the money from her.

The other man appears to try to give the woman the money back, but Fleury pushes him away and runs off. He was not found until Wednesday night.
A store employee told FOX 35 that Flurry often hangs out near the front of the building and has caused problems in the past.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office issued an arrest warrant for Fleury on charges of burglary, aggravated robbery and battery on a person 65 and older.
