Constellation Software Inc. Annual Interest Rate Announced for Series 1 Debt By Investing.com

TORONTO, Jan. 21, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Constellation. Software Inc . (TSX: TSX::, TSX: CSU.DB) (The Company) announced today the interest rate applicable to the Company’s Series 1 Unsecured Subordinated Floating Notes. Debts) will convert to 8.9% per annum on March 31, 2025. This new interest rate is equal to the annual average percentage change in consumer price data for all goods published by Statistics Canada over the 12-month period ending December 31, 2024. Plus 6.5% plus interest payments due on June 30, 2025 will be reflected in the debt repayments.

The current interest rate of 10.4% will remain until March 30, 2025. The rate of interest applicable to letters shall continue to be reset annually on 31st March of each year.
