Chiefs’ Andy Reid shares parenting advice after Patrick, Brittany Mahomes welcomes baby #3
Kansas City Chiefs Head coach Andy Reid knows football. He also knows a thing or two about being a father.
on Monday, Patrick and Brittany Mahomes They announced the birth of their third child in a message on social media. Golden Ray Mahomes was born on Sunday, January 12, and is the couple’s second daughter.
They also have a 2-year-old son, Patrick Lavon III, nicknamed Bronze.

Mahomes, who is three years younger, told reporters Tuesday that he’s satisfied with his family size “for now,” but Reid offered a different perspective when speaking to the media.
“Yeah, I think he’ll do well with it,” Reid said of how the veteran quarterback is handling fatherhood. “He came in like 2 o’clock Patrick, now it’s 3 o’clock Patrick.”
But for Reed, a father of five, he believes more, more.

“One time three, four and five are easy. That’s what I said,” Reid said with a smile. “You made three, add a pair, we’ll talk.”
However, now Mahomes’ focus is definitely on the game.

“I think every year is special,” Mahomes said. “Obviously you want to win three in a row and build those memories with the guys and the community. But every year is special. And when I look back at the different Super Bowls we’ve won, I look back. The special moments we had and the special games we had, and the same thing this year. We will try to do it.
The Chiefs head into Saturday’s game after getting a break as the No. 1 seed.
