Brydon Carse built up Washington Sundar to end his dangerous partnership with Tilak Verma in the 2nd T20I.
Bryden Carse, on Saturday (January 25), gave England a big hit by dismissing Washington Sundar in the second T20I against India at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
Chasing 166 runs, India were reeling at 78 for 5 when Sundar joined Tilak Varman in the middle. The duo steadied the ship for India and took the score past the 100-run mark. Both players are well prepared and look to take the men in blue to the line.
However, England captain Jos Buttler introduced Bridon Carrs into the attack and made an immediate impact by dropping Sundar. After taking two wickets in the first two overs, Karse brought back Sundar in the third over.
In the fourth over, Washington Sundar gave himself space to drive the ball to third man. But he paid a heavy price as he failed to make any contact with the ball and the ball fell into the stumps. Washington Sundar was dismissed after scoring 26 runs off 19 balls.

Meanwhile, India were at 126/7 after 15 overs at the time of writing. They need 40 runs in the last five games to go up 2-0 in the series. Earlier in the match, England finished the innings on 165/9.
Game to remember for Brydon Carse:
Only time will tell whether England will win the ongoing match or not, but Bryden Carrs has definitely made a big impact on the game. The England spinner was called up to England for the second T20I playing 11 and fully justified his decision.
He made a big impact with both bat and ball to help England to a series victory in the match. He impressed with the bat first, smashing 31 runs before finishing. His knock came off just 17 balls and was studded with fours and three sixes.
Brydon Carse’s good knock and other valuable contributions from other lower-order players saw England reeling from 90 for 5 to post a 150-plus total.
Then he dazzled the ball. Bowling India captain Suryakumar Yadav also reduced India to 66/4 before dismissing fast bowler Dhruv Jurrell at the end of the powerplay.
