BEST Receives NYSE Notice of Delayed Financial Information (NYSE:BEST)
- China-based supply chain service provider BESTNYSE: Best) announced on Friday that it had received a notice from the NYSE for delaying its financial information.
- The notice said BEST does not comply with the NYSE’s continuing listing requirements under its current filing requirements.
- The Company failed to timely file its Form 6-K with the US Securities and Exchange Commission containing its interim financial information for the half year ended June 30, 2024.
- BEST attributed the delay to focusing its resources on the previously announced privatisation.
