So the sign of a wise man is his ability to change if he realizes he has made a mistake. If you’re an ex-liberal you’ve finally come to, or perhaps an organization that admits you’ve hired some real idiots. Okay, I had to get that out of my system. Now, remember, making mistakes does not define you. It’s what you do after the mistake.

You can either say, I believe what I’ve done, and I’m ready to try something new, or I’m just to blame on climate change. That’s especially true when it comes to Donald Trump. Most of the idiots paid the price of self-destruction, hating him and heeling over. See Robert DeNiro. He played a boxer, but it was Trump who caused the brain damage. But I am a good example. Oh, sure. I was an early Trump supporter.

Gutfeld’s flashback of 2015: We have heard rumors that he may run for president. And if you do, and you win, I was wondering what my role would be.

Trump: Well, I think you’d make a wonderful press secretary. You know, we’ll finally have a little personality in that place.

But fast forward a few months.

GUTFELD FLASHBACK: People defend the mocking of disabilities, the mocking of John McCain, the mocking of women, the face of a woman. It just doesn’t end. He says that no one will stop defending cruel things. He is very emotional. It’s – instead of thinking about the emotion of what he’s saying, and it makes you wonder, do you want an emotional leader? Or do you want a leader who thinks? I want someone who can beat Hillary. I don’t think a push bill leader will beat Hillary.

Was it really me? Why was I like this? Was it because Dana and I did a coke line in the bathroom before showtime? No, no, no. she offered. But I said not today. But you know, when I hear myself describe Trump, it reminds me of myself. Clever, powerful, blunt. And we both dated supermodels. Shout out to Fabio. But why am I so sensitive? Well, there is an analogy here. I can’t wait to hear the sex guns of the late 1970s. They were punk rock and they were going to destroy all the mainstream junk on the radio. But when I got the record, I hated it. It was loud and scary and ugly and evil, and I didn’t understand.

And so I separated the record from the collection. I didn’t want the evil to fade away on my cheap cheat records like some kind of musical STD. But time passed and I decided to give it another shot. And it blew my mind. But the record remains unchanged. i did. What happened there? Why did it take so long? Well, Ike Trump, the Pistols didn’t ask me to like him, and my confidence was shattered. But then I loved it.

That’s the Trump effect in three stages – resistance, confusion, then love. It’s the same three feelings I get when I stick my finger into Larry Kudlow’s stomach. That’s why he’s smiling. And then the message of TPLF that annoyed me echoed. I changed. Trump did not. And when people in the media say, ‘I used to love Gutfeld, but he’s changed’ – damn, I’ve changed. If you don’t, you’re a f****** idiot when you know you’re wrong. Just like this guy.

Jimmy Kimmel: Let’s be honest. Last night was terrible. It was a terrible night for the women, the children, the hundreds of thousands of hardworking refugees who keep this country going.

Someone bring that guy a 12-pack of tampons. That’s the Trump effect, but it’s not healthy. Here’s Trump’s meeting with Democrats.

Trump reportedly plans to issue about 100 executive orders after taking office.

Peter Dossey: Many CEOs have come down here to kiss the ring, including those who censored it four years ago. Have they changed or have you changed?

Trump: Well, maybe we all changed. I think they got a lot of respect. I think you saw the order we got. As you know, we won by popular vote.

Although you don’t have to give an inch, this is a good answer as it indicates a middle ground. And it gives Dems a way out of the dark. We all changed. Funny, Trump might be a great ally for the Democratic Party, but not for the reasons the media thinks. Trump is their Moses, parting the seas for Dems to flee their extremism and seek sanctuary in common sense.

Just when you thought he couldn’t do more for the Jews, now this is it. Maybe they are finally ready to get rid of their golden cows. Trump’s influence gives you the green light to talk about real problems in real words. So now the Dems don’t have to accept stupid excuses. You can talk about illegal immigration, rising crime, schools. Stephen A. Smith, Bill Maher, Fetterman – they all seem freer. Hell, Fetterman looks positively radiant.

Like Frankenstein if you put him in a good brain. And why? Trump is right about not giving pronouns and not focusing on the economy, law and order and yes, fires. Who cares when a fireman climbs that ladder and doesn’t look like you? Yes, I want mine to look like Ryan Gosling, but it’s not happening. So when someone like Zuckerberg is now lamenting his support for Trump, your instinct might be to say that it’s too late, we’re good.

Carrie Underwood to perform ‘AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL’ at Trump’s inauguration

But as Scott Adams always says, all good things take a long time to happen, including other people coming around. This is why conservative never-Trumpers are so pathetic. Their hatred of Trump is tied to their self-esteem, and their egos will not allow them to admit that they are wrong.

But thankfully not all Dems are like that. RFK, Tulsi, Musk, when faced with new information, they too changed. How ridiculous it really is for the Democrats. The person they have been trying to bind for years is breaking away from themselves.
