WINNIPEG, MANITOBA–(The News File Corporation – January 23, 2025) – Glacier resources (NASDAQ:) Ltd., d/b/a Snow Lake Energy (NASDAQ: LI™) (“Ice lake“or”Company“), Uranium Exploration Co., today announced an offer for 16,000,000 shares of common stock at a price of US$1.00 per share. All of the shares in the offering will be offered by the company. Total (EPA:) Gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting distribution agent fees and other offering expenses, are expected to be US$16,000,000. The offering is expected to close on January 27, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering primarily for working capital and general corporate purposes.
